Inspiration
Commitment to public service, leadership, and the nonprofit community run deep in the lives of both Dr. Robert Long and Patricia Mendez-Long as both came to Murray after long and successful careers in the nonprofit sector. In 2008, Dr. Long retired from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to serve as the Murray State University Visiting Distinguished Professor of Nonprofit Leadership.
